Serving the West Bellevue communities of Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point and Bellevue, and guiding luxury real estate purchases throughout the Greater Puget Sound, Britt provides efficient, straight to the point advisory services for individuals and families who value high-touch guidance, insider knowledge and white glove service.

Over the last two decades, Britt has had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients become happy homeowners and she revels in the personal connections that have become life-long. Many of Britt’s clients have completed multiple transactions with her over the years and her business is based almost entirely on referrals.

Outside of Britt’s work life, she is family oriented and loves to have fun. With a freshman and a sophomore at Bellevue High School, you can find Britt repping Bellevue High gear on her daily power walks. You will also find Britt at CorePower Yoga or at Barre3 finding her inner Zen and in the kitchen whipping up big family meals for her blended family complete with 5 teenagers. She also loves to travel, go boating and golf with her husband, Richard. Britt and her family live in the Enatai neighborhood of West Bellevue. Being a part of the Bellevue community is a high priority in Britt's life. She supports Bellevue Fire Foundation, Bellevue LifeSpring, and Bellevue Boys and Girls Club and is a member of the Bellevue Downtown Association. She is also deeply committed to autism awareness and spreading kindness to families affected by autism.
