Medina
I love Medina, and lived there for 5 years. I specifically chose Medina because it’s a high-security neighborhood (everyone who drives in and out has a photo taken), has wide streets that are safe for children and Medina Elementary is one of the highest ranking public elementary schools in the state. Medina is known for being home to some of the most predominant tech entrepreneurs in the world, but it has a very small-town vibe. A little corner market, known as “The Green Store” which has recently become Kitchen and Market is a stone’s throw away from the idyllic Medina City Hall and beach park, which I walk to multiple times per week.Public schools for Medina residents are Medina Elementary, Chinook Middle School and Bellevue High School and one highly sought after private school, St. Thomas, is located in Medina.
