With only 204 homes, Vuecrest is one of the most sought-after communities with the closest proximity to Downtown Bellevue. As its name suggests, the views from most homes are spectacular, but the added bonus is its location is walking distance to all of our favorite Downtown Bellevue restaurants, activities, and shopping. Unlike other neighborhoods in the area, Vuecrest has building restrictions to protect the views that have made it so desirable. This unique enclave is composed of single-story and single-story-with-basement homes with view covenants that are strictly enforced. Still speckled with a few original homes from the late 40’s/early 50’s, most of the lots in the neighborhood have been reimagined with new construction, creating a luxurious, modern feel to the entire area.

Public schools for Vuecrest residents are Medina Elementary, Chinook Middle School and Bellevue High School and private schools, St. Thomas, Sacred Heart and Bellevue Christian are all close by.
