From the get-go Britt and her team were very helpful with the sale of our condo. She promptly scheduled a time to assess the unit before we left town. While we were away, she scheduled the repairs/renovations we needed done. As first time sellers she kept us informed on what to expect and provided market insight. Her team scheduled photography, produced various marketing material, held weekly open houses, and booked numerous showings.
